plz guide me .. to solve this problem
my mom buyed a land in 2007 of 2.19 hectare situated in telangana . my mom requested to issue passbook for land to vro and mro but they said it is under ceiling we cannot issue the passbook.
my question is that
how can i remove ceiling word from pahani / adangal?
what is the procedure to remove the ceiling act ?
