i have purchased land with building in kallikuppam , pasumpon nagar-ambattur-plot are-1350 and built up -800 value of 35 lakhs with my hard earned money , finally i came to know it was under cealing . totally frustated with this and iam in hectic situation.
pls suggestwhat i can do to get patta or break the cealing.
