caveat under cpc 148 A

What if 90 days passed from caveat filed under cpc 148A but still caveayor did not receive any notice. Can judge pass interim stay order aftr 90 days in appeal filed but still no notice is received by the caveator. What to do if it happened.

Judge passed stay order till appearance of the caveator. But he did not receive notice after filing the caveat and 90 days passed already
