Caught drinking in public

Hello im narinder from new delhi.. Me and my friend caught drinking last night in a public park by police. The thing is they take us to the police station and then they tell us to blow on breath meater is shows 211mg of alcahol then they take us to the hospital for the test but they didnt take blood they write somthing on paper and put the hospitals stamp And then wen we back in police station the asi write somthing and take our signatures then we try to please him alot then he said ok write a latter that i will not do such mistake again then he let us go and didnt give any court date or so. .. Im still very worried that he had medical of us and letting us go will he can still call us and give a court date or we are safe now Really worried hope anyone can help a bit thanks ...
