My wife left her matrimonial home about 3 years ago and never returned. I filed for a divorce, but she does not agree to it.
For the ongoing divorce case, the family court has asked me to pay a large sum - 17k as interim maintenance. I find it difficult to pay this amount after my own expenditure and it is causing me some financial hardship.
Could experts on this forum please let me know which is a better option - withdrawing the case vs. getting the case dismissed by default by not turning up in court? And which option is better to make my wife agree to a MCD?
