service matter came up before karnataka adminstrative tribunal bangalore on 6/2/2007
and same was ordered to be posted on 8/2/2007 for further order
surprisingly as ascertained from order sheets under RTI matter was neither posted before bench on 8/2/2007 nor there is any other orders sheet post 6/2/2007 and no orders sheet provided post 6/2/2007 inspite of request through RTI
as to status of case Iam informed that matter came up last on 6/2/2007 and no movement as on to date ie, up to 19/12/2013( date of my RTI application)
Can this inactivity be cahallenged in Appellate court(( High court of Karnataka?) via writ Petion praying for direction to KAT to pass orders?
Specially for the reason that suit at KAT was intiated During service which was mandatory
since now I am retired a year back can same matter be raised through writ jurisdiction? since matter pertains to wrong fixation of pay and recovery of over payments
