Case agaist job of my father(late)

I am doing job in tata motors after my father's nomination. Now my younger brother(18+) threatening me he will file case agaist my job and take half salary. it it possible? please help me as i won't want to loose my income after doing hard work.

our mother is also expired and both now living separately. he is at village and i am at my work place. He is taking care of his family. He has two daughters and one son. He also denying sharing our property which is in our father's name. Things are not going well between us. also a case running on him attempting murder to myself. I am just got frosted. He doesn't want to see us at village.
