I want to know that what action can be taken against credit improvement company. One company (don't want to discolse name at present) cheated me and taken money to imporve the CIBIL. I purchased their service for settlement of some loan and funding for payment of that settlement but at the time of selling their service they did not disclose that they will not do the settlement and not disclose the rate of interest for funding will be 32%. They have given offer of service in which theyhave mentioned the settlement word and also mentioned will finance but now their executive sayaing we don't do the funding for settlement. When I demanded refumd of my money they send me the legal notice.
In above case what is option with me and how can I get my amount refund .
Can I do complaint in any Govt. institution against these type of copany who do the fraud in name of CIBIL improvement.
Please suggest.
