I belong to Andhra Pradesh. A person was having 4 flats in the same floor of an apartment. He gave AGPA of all four flats to four different people(developers). He actually possessed only one car parking. But, he sold it to two AGPA holders ie., car parking was allotted to two developers in their respective documents. Now, I bought one of these flats and among the four mine was the won first gone for actual registration through sale deed. But, during AGPA the other flat was first gone on AGPA. Please clarify me whether I can own the car parking?
