Hi
I hold a flat in navi mumbai. I have following queries:
- is there any preference to flat owners in case there is shortage of parking space?
- can society object parking of vehicle in case the vehicle is parked after gap of few months ( i had vehicle which is no more parked in the society since Jan12)?
- does the society have rights to remove the car from the premises in absence of flatowner ?
