Hi,
I own a garage in my co op. housing society in Mumbai. As i have 2 cars, i park one of the cars inside the garage and the other in the building compound.
In addition to other society charges, i pay 1 car parking charge, and garage maintenance charge.
Now the society is asking me to pay 2 car parking charges in addition to the garage maintenance charge. I am not using society space for parking my second car, and hence i believe that i am not entitled to pay parking charge for my second car (especially given that i pay garage maintenance charge).
Can i be adviced on whether i am doing the right thing?
