hi,
i have bought a flat in hyd in 2006. at the time of purchase i was told that only 3 floors will be constructed but 4 +ph are constructed finally. when came for carparking the area alloted is lesser than mentioned in the aggrement. we dont have any association formed. how do we proceed further to get the proper car parking area.

Sir, you can file a consumer case against the builder for deficiency of service.

thanx . but there is no extra space left for allocation after providing parking for pent houses and also the water motor is fixed in my parking. how to proceed to file the same

Sir, if there is violation of plan sanctioned by the municipal corporation, or if the parking space is not as the same as it was decided earlier, you can file a consumer case whatever the reasons may be from the builder are. All the amenities and the space allocation for them have to be approved before the plan gets sanctioned.
