Cancellation of sale deed

My brother forged my signature on the sale deed and on the Special power of attorney. I filed a civil case to cancel the sale deed in the court. Now, he wants to compromise with me out of the court by cancelling the sale deed. The forged sale deed is in the court.

what is the best way to cancel the sale deed?

I am little hesitant to take out the forged sale deed from the court, becuase you never know when my brother is going change his mind. He may be playing games with me just to get the forged sale deed out of the court.

can the Sub-Registrar allow the cancellation of sale deed without the original sale deed that is in the court?. I can go with him and sign the cancellation of sale deed

Ask your brother to represent the same in the Hon'ble court through his counsel by filing a petition to that effect with MOU if necessary, which shows his admission of facts and thereafter can do in accord to the instructions of the court.
