Can we lease one property to 2 companies

Hi

If a Commercial Office has to be leased to 2 different companies for the same duration

(although the 2 Private Limited companies are sister concerns...and so will require 2 different Registrations for the same Commercial Property)

Is it possible to make 2 Registrations .... one for each company so that each Company can be leased Half of the Premise each.

Regards

Garry

Its your property, you can give it to 100 companies if you wish...

No bar at law. Only the Agreement to be specific at the demarcations of the property in the lease Agreement.

Can you give examples for different types of demarcations possible if the premise is being given to only two companies. Regards
