Arrange LOCAL help and support.

The person/establishment to whom you need to pay may not allow time to you.

If police is willing to recover the amount and recovers IT may help you.

One should not jump to any kind of fight/battle without arranging defense.

if I was present at that time I could call police instantly I could have call my neighbors for help .....I'm going though police and a local NGO do advise what legal proceeding I should go through because its nothing but a simple day light robbery

Arrange help for parents at home when you are not home so that in future atleast such instances are recorded (video/audio) and such rowdiness is immediatly reported to neighbors, welfare association of residents, MC, MLA, police, media etc etc and tresspasers are caught redhanded..
