Can Tenants Attend Special General Body Meeting of an unregistered apartment owners association where the agenda includes discussion of finances and apartment registration?

whether tenants attend the meeting or not will be mentioned in the byelaw of the society under general body meeting and spedial meeting clauses. so take a copy of the byelaw of the society and observe it.

1. ANY meetings between Unregistered members of proposed Society /Association has no legal standing. Hence "anybody" can attend and be pleased.
2. Such meetings only have mutual persuasive value and nothing else.
