this is my whole case A false dowry case has been filled on whole groom's family members after engagement which is still in FIR stage (case filled 1 year ago)
marriage cancelled due to wrong behaviour of the girl. my brother Siva(groom) lives in usa and me and my parents in india. we took antisipatory bail and my brother did not take ASB because he is working in USA
my Question is We want to marry him now. can he come to india and marry whith out taking ASB
what are the problems which may arrise from court if he marries.
