Can a Magistrate can the vakalat and GP for lawyer and the brother of the Respondent. As he got immensive sympathy on the girl and not even interested to listen other party arguments.
I am living in UK and i came back after facing the 498A filed by my wife. Now I am searching the job and the Magistrate in other court where my wife filed Maintenance in another court.
I have all proofs to show her family status, her mother government and her education (M-Tech). But the megistate is not even listening any thing and rejecting my lawyer vakalat and my brother GP.
What I have to do and what affidavit i have to produce in the court.
