Can i take any defence on the ground of plaintiff statement

At the time of cross examination, plaintiff said 'it is not true to suggest that I have not produced the documents to show that I have sent Ex.P.10 and that it was served upon the defendants. It is not true to suggest that I have not given the opportunity to the defendants as provided under the law'.

Please note Ex.P.10 is not at all a legal notice or advocate notice, it is only a letter mentioning me that 'You are threatening my client' sent by plaintiff advocate.

This is an ejectment suit filed by plaintiff under tp act 106. Can I take any defence on the ground of plaintiff statement at the time of cross examination.
