Hi,
Recently I initiated a remittance from USA to my citibank account in Hyderabad.
Even though I answered to the questions raised by remittance department of the bank, well within time, they returned back my funds, without even informing me of their action.
What kind of legal actions I can take against the bank in this regards?
Can I sue them, so that such issues are not repeated with anyone else?
Can I approach consumer court of law for this? What is the usual procedure to do so?
