Can i give my rights to anybody to fight my case if i died

I m an Ex PA of Asaram Bapu. Recently asaram goons stabbed me in jodhpur court premises. I want to give all my rights to somebody to fight the case of mine, in case if i died or kidnapped as asaram people are searching me to kill or kidnap. Pls help me by a suitable answer.

Why can't you seek police protection through court, letting them know that there is threat for your life! Probably move to safer city. You may always give right to represent to anyone willing to stand for your cause, Sir.
