Can i get potency certificate from private doctor?

Can a MBBS doctor issue potency certificate or any statements in this regard without court order?

I'm trying to get my potency certificate from a private doctor to negate her impotency allegation. Its for just avoid myself pressing my already filed application for potency test by medical board. So, I'm not particular about the credibility of that certificate, and i'm ready  to go to medical board on court order later.

So, please let me know how to get potency certificate/any such statments from a private doctor? When I contacted some doctors told me that they are not allowed to issues such certificate without court order. Is it right?

There is no such certificate and the burden of proving your impotency lies on your wife as she has made this allegation let her prove it whatever way she can. Dont get panicked these allegations cant be proved and there is no test that can clearly prove potency as such. let the case proceed as it does.
