I have only seen RTIs filed to get some information in the form of copies, cds etc. and want to know if i can file rti to inspect records of a govt organisation?
1. Say, I want to inspect the records of a civil court (i want to find a case but dont know exact details) to inspect records of all the cases filed from 2003 to 2005.
2. Say, I want to inspect the service file/personal file of all the employees of a govt dept. ( to find some fake documents submitted by emplyees.)
