I invested in a mall shop in Sept 2012. I paid around 30 lacs in that property.
The mall work stopped after completing the mall approx 80% & that too in 2014 and there is no response from the company now. In office, they only say they will provide possessions.
Now, I am fed up with their promises and can I request my money back with the help of consumer court? I am asking this because the payment I made was 3 years back.
Please help me on this.

Why are you delaying.
