Can i fight myself in the court for my sister's murder case

Hi ,

I am 27 year old engineering graduate. My sister was allegedly murdered by her husband April,2013.

Police arrested him after 2-3 days of murder and court has released him on bail after 2 months. Cause of her death was Poison, court is waiting for FSL report. I really want to see him behind the bars.

My question is that can i fight for my sister as I am not sure about Public Prosecutor. We have a very strong case and Police seems to be favouring him as he is rich man. Police has tried to put the IPC-498 and 306 but i know its clearly IPC-302. Please guide me how can i appeal the court to change the IPC and can i fight for her.

:(

Dear Karan

you have right to fight the case yourself but after permission of court only.

contact a lawyer with all documents it will be better for best opinion.
