can someone suggest on - whether we can buy B-Form patta house or not, in andhra pradesh.
any consequences if I buy? and what is the best decision?

It is not "B" Patta it should be "D" Patta lands. "D" patta lands, should not buy. If you buy, you have to face all legal problems, later.
