I read a lot of lawyers reply in this forum and got totally confused. As per my knowledge wife has no right on husband's self acquired property before marriage. Most of the lawyers have said she has 50% share without IRBM becoming law. Can any expert give actual information ?

There is still no law where the husband or wife has to give 50% of his or her property to the other partner in case of divorce in india.
