Sir,

In my case my father gave me his Self Earned Property as  Settlement on 2007 and cancelled it on the same year with the Sub Registrar office and also sold the cancelled property to another person in 2009.

My question is whether i have rights to question of Legally Challenge My Father & The person who bought this?

Because recently i consulted an Advocate of Madras High Court regarding this case, but he told there is judgement of Supreme court saying the Sub Registrar has the power to CANCEL the Settlement. But he is not willing to reveal me the Case details and the year it happened.

I want to know whether this is TRUE? If so can any one help me to know about the Judgement.
