In Andhra Pradesh, Can a child get mother's caste if the caste of mother is Reddy(OC) and the caste of father is Rajaka(BC)

Normally a child takes the caste of his father, however, if he is brought up as per the custom and traditions of his mother's caste and has the same type of upbringing then, he can take his mother's caste.
