I have heard of judwaa bhais or behens in Bollywood.. But how ca this be possible, Trademark is a unique & distinctive mark / name / logo which reprsents a company with a promoise / quality / a connection point to its customers. If both looks same, It clearly causes a doubt when a third part is trying to recognize your logo.
