hello friends i am new to this forum recently i have shifted from kalyan to titwala city in mumbai
i purchased airtel dth after 2 days the technician was on his way called me i went there he refused to come for installation saying the local cablewala is not allowing anyone then i claimed for refund and got the refund .then i ordered the videocon dth after taking my order 2 days later technician is asking me for an noc from a local cablewala . when i asked the local people who already residing there said only high profile people have dth only 1 or 2 rest of the people are using his cable there is no option other than cable
i am really frustrated that a local cablewala is dominating me on my choice and that too all this things are happening in mumbai
i want to know what steps i can take i want dth service at any cost i wont go for cable please help me
