i previous applied for CA copy nearly 3 times about 2 months(before this) but they are not giving the case related file instead this people are saying that case file is not found and the case is being pending in supreme court.what we need to do to get a file because their is mislead in case.they are not giving the file and how a judgement can be passed without a case file in lower court?
