Buying of agri land with wife's farmer certificate

Dear Experts,

Kindly inform that where we can get a ruling or GR or Law of following statement: -

"if wife or husband prior to her or his marriage, either of is an agriculturist, the other automatically becomes agriculturists and thereafter their childeren by succession".

please inform that where it has been mentioned i.e. in which law or ruling? and Please provide a GR also in that regard.
