Buying of agri land in maharashtra

Hi,

I am not a Farmer neither my parents. Also my wife nor from her parents side are farmers. How can i buy Agricultural land in maharashtra either in my name or my wife's. Also is there any restriction on minimum land area to be bought so as to affect registration formalities?

You cannot buy agricultural land in that case. Please opt for Collector NA land after checking reservations on them.

You can buy a agriculture land in gujrat. Once u get ur 7/12 then u can come inin maharashta. Then u convert 7/12 in Marathi. Then u can purchase any land in maharashta.
