Dear All,
I am planning to buy a piece of land promoted by a builder, in Hubli, Kusugal road. Builder says you will only get the land allotment on a bond paper now, once its been fully approved by the Govt Authorities we can go for registration which will take another 6 months. How can i now verify if the documents are clear. Any help with this matter will be highly appreciated.
