Buying an apartment - do we need to verify legal heir?

We are planning to buy a flat in karnataka from a 2 partners The earlier belonged to agricultural land. While buying the flat in this apartment , should we get the partner's heir consent ? Also should we do that from the agricultural family which had the lands many years ago ?

Please find a property verification lawyer he will take care.

It is always advisable to do some home work before buying any property, so that you cannot be cheated.
