Hi All,
I want to buy some agriculture land in Sikar disctrict in Rajasthan from a friend who belongs to SC category. Since it's possible for a non-SC individual to buy SC category agriculture land we tried to go through the transaction by converting the land status to residential. However, the district magisterate didn't allow this since the area is far away from village and there are no houses/ habitation in and around that area.
Could you suggest any other means of transfering this piece of land.
I was thinking to do this through NGO route, but not very clear how can I do this. Can someone please help me out with this?
