Buying agricultural land in ap

Hi! I'm planning to buy agricultural land of about 6 acres(Rayalseema Region). The owner says that he has got the land through his mother(father expired) via Partition Deed registered in 2002. The partition deed says that three brothers have divided and the owner has got the land of 6 acres. There is a Pass book for this land and he has also taken crop loan in March 2013. Apart from this the owner says that he does not have any Link documents regarding Title of the property.

Please advise way ahead?

as per your query partition deed was registered. so ask the owner the copy of partition deed.  otherwise apply for a certified copy of partition deed from the SRO/Eseva centre.  you may apply for EC also.  if any query free to call 9490929460

Thanks for the reply sir...

1. I have got the copy of partition deed(owner's name is mentioned as the owner of the said land) from the owner and I have taken EC for the past 30 years. The partition deed is mentioned in EC.

But the Adangal I got from Meeseva mentions that the owner is his mother.

The land owner is claiming that he has 2 brothers. The 2 brothers would sign.  The owner has 1 son and 3 daughters(2 daughters married and 1 unmarried)

So, what documents are required further to know how his father got the land from?

How should I proceed further?

Regards,
