HI There,
I have booked a Flat in Varap Village which comes in kalyan and close to Shahad station.
The property is a Collector passing project and comes in Gram Panchayat.
Axis bank says we cannot provide you a loan on Gram Panchayat properties.
Would like to know how safe is to buy Gram Panchayat properties which is approved by Collector.
What all precautions I have to check to proceed further and to avoid future problems or loss.
Which bank will provide loans to Collector passing project which comes in Gram Panchayat.
Please advise.
