You should not execute a registered Deed of Sale without getting full amount or you can cancell the agreement to refund his money by sending a Lawyer's Notice.

Can U please explain more, i couldn't get what your saying, "Execute a registered deed of sale" what does it mean,
His saying once i give it to him, he will submit to his bank for the last final amount.
