Buy apartment bbmp b khata property and land is a khata

I have the same kind of query. But am not sure about the land on which apartment is built. I am planning to buy an resale flat which is 4 years old and the apartment is well maintained.

Could you please let us know the important check points we should check before buying B-Khata property especially apartment ?

ok  i don't thing total banglaore most of the apartment are B-khata only i don't what goverment is doing and peple are telling no prob.
