Dear sir,
I purchased a land in Tumkur, Karnataka which is in the limits of Grampanchayat. The layout has been approved by the TUDA (Tumkur Urban Development Authority) during 2011.
I have to go for Housing Loan. Where I have to take building plan approval for construction a house i.e., Grampanchayat or TUDA or Both. Any notification relating to this, please mention.
