Dears Lawyers,
The building plan approval expired last year, and was not renewed, actually we got approval for two floors,we didn't manage funds to do the construction.we manage to construct only ground floor.
1)How the charges will effect if panchayat is moved under the municipality with already approved plan in andhra pradesh?
2)paying the latest municipal charges for entire old plan and deduct the money earlier paid for plan approval 2 year back.is this only option.I haven't receive any kind of information from authorities from couple of months.
