I am thinking of buying a 4-5 acres of an agriculture land somewhere between Lucknow and Rai Bareli or Unnao. 3 acres of land I'll use for farming and 1 acer for housing. Please guide me if there are any rules for building a house on an agriculture land for self use. And what do I have to keep in mind before finalising any deal.
