Builders bond and rent

My dad make an affidavit for the transfer the said property from his name to my name 1 year before the local court and i have taken no objection from my sister now the building is going for reconstruction and builder is giving bond and rent now my dad refuse to let me take this rent and bond he just marrid second my mother deid Sir please suggest what will be the value of the Affidavit from the court with his signiture and thumb impression Pls guid me what i can do now
