I booked the flat in the month of May 2012.It's been 1yr 6 months over. Now the construction is started and about 60% of the work is over. My loan processing is done..Sale agreement and construction agreement is done and submitted to the bank. Now CanFin asked me to complete the sale deed registration so that it can disburse the cheque..At this moment, since the appreciation is good for my flat, my builder (Dreamz GK, Bangalore) is trying to make me to cancel the flat so that he can sell it at higher price.
Please suggest me how I can handle this situation? Dreamz GK is very cleverly handling the situation. They don't give any written email..Ask us to come to their office and torture us by saying some false statement..
Is there any better way I can handle this situation?
