had taken physical possesion of our flats from builder who had given us oral permission to move in , we have paid all legal dues to builder and basis on that agreement signed and registered now when we are asking for possesion letter and parking allotment letters builder is not giving and asking us to pay 16 lakhs for which he is not ready to show in writing or give us reciept for what he is asking what do we need to do please guide
