The builder has not constructed JV project 50/60 since 9 years have passed . the reson is he states he was unable to get approval from authorities because of the land is issued in British period since 3 part of land is for agriculture 1part is for house . but the builder says he had spent money to get approval .and having possession of orginals . the value of the assets is 3 crores . so he says that after selling he will deducted money what he had spent and give us the remaining .
sir kindly advise your valuable advice what can be done in this issue .to recover our property.
