Freinds,
I have a doubt on the apartment flats. In some of the sorrounding gram panchayat areas of Hyderabad, some buiders are constructing one floor extra. For example, if they have G+2 (3) permission they are constructing one more floor (4th floor). We won't get loan on this.
What is the legal issue/problem if we purchase that.

Please bring the matter to the municipal authorities. Do not buy such flats. Else you may face problems from the authorities. Submit your grievance through online. www.ghmc.com
