I want to transfer one of my residential property to my sister.
Is there any way to exempt from stampduty?Like Gift agrrement on blood relation basis
Which is the cheapest & easiest way to do this?

Location : Ahmedabad,Gujarat
Plot area : 38 sq.meter
Current valuation (as per jantri in ahmedabad) : 12,00,000. INR
Note : Actually property belongs to her & her family members.While processing of loan my nephew s salary was not meeting bank's eligibility criteria. so due to emergency I have taken loan on my name.But all EMI are paid by her family now loan is also cleared.
Request you to suggest best way to transfer of this property with exemption of stampduty.
